Six private dining rooms on four different floors enable the organisers of festive occasions to select the space most suitable in terms of size and atmosphere. The sales service will be happy to present the function room alternatives and prepare a customised offer based on the customer’s special wishes. The Kangasala Church is only a short walk away and over the years numerous bridal couples have chosen the Hotel Urku as the place to hold their wedding parties. A menu package professionally planned by our master chef crowns the occasion.

In 2004 the increasingly popular Klaavi and Kaarina Halls were completed on the building’s uppermost attic floor. Numerous weddings, family celebrations, as well as musical revues have taken place in the Kaarina Hall, the hotel’s largest function room. The attic floor’s halls can also be effectively combined, enabling as many as 280 persons to dine on the entire upper floor.

With its elegantly arched windows, the Old Ballroom on the second floor of the building is an excellent place for family celebrations; windows opening to the yard side provide guests with views of the beautiful Kangasala landscape.

For more intimate occasions there is the Klubi Room for 10 persons or Anders Room for 30 persons; both have their own outside entrances. The Urku Room on street level accommodates 30 persons.
