Meetings

The hotel has several suitable facilities designed to accommodate various sizes and types of conferences, training sessions or exhibitions: the new meeting facilities – the Kaarina Hall for 150 persons and Klaavi Hall for 70 persons – on the building’s third floor, the street-level Urku Room for 40 persons, the Old Ballroom and the Klubi Room on the second floor for 50 and 10 persons, and the 30-person Anders Room adjoining the basement sauna department.

Conference amenities

In all meeting rooms the following conference amenities are provided free of charge: overhead projector and white projection screen, flap chart, writing pads and pens. CD players and cordless microphones are loaned to customers. Broadband Internet access and video projectors are available for a nominal fee. An induction loop system serves guests with hearing impairments.
